From Saturday the 6th of May at the Community Hub in Moe will commence the “Dangerous Deeds” art installation. This will be an accessible art installation presenting “snapshots” from the Victorian disability movement. The exhibition aims to present unique perspectives disability culture and insights into aspects of Victoria’s social and cultural history towards disability that are not well known. This is a combined project between SARU (Self Advocacy Resource Unit), DnD (Diversity and Disability) and start (Community Art). Dates and times are as follows: May 6th and 7th 12.00pm to 3.00pm – 11th, 12th, 18th, 19th, 25th and 26th May at 3.00pm to 6.00pm – June 1st and 2nd 3.00pm to 6.00pm.
