Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and suitably experienced Registered Nurses to join the Learning and Development Team at Bass Coast Health. The role is responsible for teaching the theory and practice of nursing and supporting learners throughout all career stages.
Key Responsibilities
The Clinical Nurse Educator will identify workforce learning needs, craft tailored learning plans, and coordinate development opportunities. These may include:
- Organising in-service sessions
- Facilitating study days
- Conducting needs analyses
- Identifying avenues for professional growth and development opportunities
- Providing Learning and Development representation during times of service development
Collaborating closely with the Learning and Development Team, Clinical Educators play a key role in nurturing a highly skilled and sustainable local workforce, ensuring the ongoing success of BCH.
Location
This role will be based within the L&D team with a portfolio of focus being Inpatient Services which includes Kodowlinun and Subacute Wards.
