- $63,459 (pro-rata) per annum, plus superannuation
- Salary Package up to $15,900 per year
- 24 hours per week part time to full time (negotiable)

Our services are delivered through five locations in Lakes Entrance, Bairnsdale, Bruthen, Metung and Nowa Nowa, as well as via outreach to nearby and remote communities.
About the role
This role sits under the supervision of the Home Care Packages (HCP) Coordinator and in conjunction with the Program Support Team, you will be responsible for customer service, basic financial processes, setting up of and maintaining client files within the Home Care Package program and other administrative tasks as required.
Duties
This role requires you to provide quality customer service and administration support to the Program Support team and their clients.
Some tasks include
- Provide prompt and friendly customer service to clients and staff.
- Assist with a range of finance and administration duties which may include routine correspondence coordination, filing, and other general office duties as directed.
- Assist with the accounts payable process.
- Participate in team meetings and other Unit and organisational forums as directed.
Skills and Experience
We're seeking someone with Certificate 3 or higher in Administration or equivalent and/or relevant experience in administration processes and excellent customer service skills.
