Living in Inverloch, I found it frustrating trying to find job opportunities in Gippsland. There wasn’t a central place for local job listings, and searching meant jumping between different sites, social media pages, and word of mouth
With a background in recruiting teams, I knew how important it is for businesses to find the right people—quickly and affordably. But when I spoke to local businesses, they were just as frustrated. Posting jobs was either too expensive or didn’t reach the right people.
That’s why I built Gippslander—to make it easier for locals to find jobs and for businesses to hire without breaking the bank.
