We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate leader to join the new Outer Gippsland Orange Door.

By joining The Orange Door network, you’ll be working with a team of professionals across specialist family violence, child and family, Aboriginal and men’s services to provide a coordinated network of specialist support services.
The Orange Door network ensures people don’t have to ‘re-tell their story’ by providing an integrated intake pathway to family violence services and child and family services. It keeps the whole family in view and provides help and support tailored to each family member’s needs, regardless of their age, culture, background, gender or sexuality.
About the role
The team leader position is employed by GLCH but involves both the management and coordination of an integrated team from multiple agencies, as well as the support, mentoring, and development of GLCH Practitioners in a matrix supervision model.
You will be responsible for providing practice guidance and leadership to Practitioners across the Orange Door in the delivery of program requirements to maintain the quality of service provided to people accessing the Orange Door for support.
Skills & Experience
A degree in in social work or equivalent is required; or industry experience and willingness to work towards a qualification in line with recommendation 209 of the Royal Commission into Family Violence.
