The Academic Services and Support Directorate at the Gippsland Campus is seeking a motivated individual to join their team in a casual capacity. This role, offering a competitive hourly rate of $48.41 plus 11% superannuation, focuses on providing technical support and services to staff and students, particularly in teaching programs such as Nursing and Midwifery, Allied Health, and Anatomy and Physiology. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining laboratory facilities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and supporting teaching activities.
Ideal candidates will demonstrate exceptional time management and organisational skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Experience in coordinating laboratory resources and materials, along with knowledge of occupational health and safety standards in laboratory environments, is essential. Additionally, proficiency in supporting academic staff with equipment usage and designing simulated health scenarios, as well as maintaining accurate technical records, will be advantageous.
