Our clinic is located 2 hours east of the Melbourne CBD in the heart of Gippsland. We have access to some of Victoria’s most beautiful state forests, beaches and so much more. We work best as a team of 3 vets, 4 nurses, 1 technician, 2 receptionists and a highly devoted practice manager, who are all very supportive of one another. We have a large tearoom and lunch breaks are mandatory in support of team health.
Job Description
We run a full time “team-based consulting” model. Our Nurses are the first contact for ALL consultations, they go through the general health measures - parasite control, diet, vaccination status and triage the clients concerns prior to the vet seeing the patient. Our team based consulting model has significantly reduced our vet teams workload, afforded our clientele are more thorough visit and increased perception of value, and elevated the number of patients we can see on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must hold a Veterinary Science qualifications from a university accredited by the Australasian Veterinary Boards’ Council (AVBC) and/or have completed NAVLE, AVE or alike examinations.
