Position Overview:

You will lead a team of skilled technicians, coordinate service requests, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our service delivery capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of service technicians and apprentices, providing guidance, training, and support to maximise performance and professional development.
- Manage all aspects of the service department, including scheduling, dispatching, and prioritising service calls, and stock allocation to meet client needs and service level agreements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including project managers, and leadership, to streamline processes, optimise resource allocation, and achieve business objectives.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, quality standards, and compliance regulations to uphold industry best practices and mitigate risks.
- Analyse service metrics, generate reports, and identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and revenue growth.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the electrical contracting industry, with a strong background in service management and project execution.
