About the role
We are seeking a level 1/2 IT Support Officer to assist with all in-house helpdesk support services.
You will work together with the rest of the IT team to provide top quality end-user support, while improving and maintaining the existing infrastructure.
You will be supporting onsite and remote employees and services, and you will have experience in providing technical advice, support, and assistance to staff on a range of ICT functions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Information Technology Qualifications and/or Certificates would be highly regarded.
- Experience supporting current information technologies within a helpdesk role is required.
