Scope’s purpose is to create meaningful opportunities for people with disability to belong and thrive. We support people with physical, intellectual and multiple disabilities and developmental delays to achieve their goals Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, short term accommodation (respite), social connections (day program) and therapy across 100 locations in Victoria.

- Casual role located in Traralgon
- Flexibility to work a variety of shift times / days is required (early mornings, afternoons/evenings, sleepovers/active nights)
- Support our customers with the daily tasks and goals through a person-centred approach in their home
- Clear written and verbal communication, a good attitude / willingness to learn, and confidence in providing physical hands-on support is required.

As a Disability Support Worker in one of our services you will work with a team on and off-site of specialists with one common purpose – to create meaningful opportunities for people with disability to belong and thrive.

We act bravely
To be successful in this role you must have or be willing to obtain:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance
- Working with Children's Check (Employee)
- Current Level 1 First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Valid Australian Working Rights
- International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years
