Job Specification

As the Retail Manager, you'll lead a friendly team in delivering outstanding customer service and professional advice. You'll bring energy, focus, and a proven ability to meet KPIs while fostering a positive environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead and roster a small team, overseeing HR and administration tasks.
Manage ordering, stock control, invoicing, merchandising, and stocktakes.
Liaise efficiently with pharmaceutical reps.
Maintain QCPP accreditation and ensure operational excellence.

Operational Details:

Computer System: FRED

Shop Hours:

Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm

Sat: 9am-1pm

Sun: Closed (second store: Mon-Fri mornings only).

Team Structure:

2 Pharmacists on duty at all times.
2-3 Dispense Technicians.
4 Retail Staff.

Skills Required

Certificate II or III in Pharmacy (S2/S3 certification).
Minimum of 2 years' recent experience in a similar Australian pharmacy role.
Proven leadership and organisational skills.
Familiarity with QCPP accreditation processes.
