What You’ll Be Doing

Liaising with other business owners and stakeholders
Managing documentation and client records
Providing exceptional customer service
Handling phone enquiries and promoting our services
Managing invoices and overdue balances
Supporting NDIS-related administration
Creating and implementing policies and procedures
Working autonomously and taking initiative

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

Professional phone manner
Knowledge of payroll systems
Experience with website content and marketing funnels
Familiarity with QuickBooks, including BAS and debt management
