About The Role

ARC (The Australian Reinforcing Company) is seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team in Traralgon.

As a Key Account Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth by winning new business and expanding our customer base within the residential and small commercial sectors. You’ll manage key accounts, build long-term relationships, and work alongside a supportive team to drive efficiencies, innovation, and continuous improvement in our sales culture.

As a Key Account Manager, you will:

Win new business and grow strong relationships, expanding our customer base in the residential and small commercial markets
Work collaboratively with the Area Manager and a strong peer network to drive efficiencies and innovation
Be a key player in helping our Forrestfield site grow and achieve its potential
Drive innovation and contribute to a high-performing sales culture

The ideal candidate will have experience in reinforcing steel, but a background in concrete, construction, or building materials is highly valued. You will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and eager to build meaningful client relationships.

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate:

Strong business development and sales skills
Innovative and strategic business acumen

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to work autonomously and within a team
