The Opportunity

Veolia ANZ is seeking an energetic, customer-focused and enthusiastic Administration and Customer Service Officer to join our dynamic team. This position is based at the Traralgon (3844) office. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to our operations while gaining valuable experience in a supportive environment.

What you'll be responsible for

Managing customer phone calls for service bookings and account enquiries
Supporting end-of-month billing processes
Processing customer invoices and payments
Managing and responding to internal email communications
Assisting with monthly council reporting on bin movements

What you'll need to be successful

Excellent computer literacy and communication skills
Proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, and Salesforce (highly desirable)
Talent for building relationships with diverse stakeholders
Strong interpersonal skills, including effective communication and negotiation
Unwavering commitment to health and safety practices
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
