At LVHSS, we are dedicated to providing exceptional services to our clients. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to daily emails in a timely manner.
- Oversee the rostering of 14 team members, ensuring adequate coverage and effective scheduling.
- Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring all information is correct.
- Prepare and issue invoices, maintaining records and following up on outstanding payments.
- Maintain organized records and files, both digitally and physically.
- Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Familiarity with payroll system Xero and invoicing processes is a plus.
