Full time, permanent position
$66K plus super and the option of salary packaging

About the Role:

The Administration Officer will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Noble Park office. Reporting to the Senior Administration Officer, this full-time role involves:

Providing administrative support across multiple programs and services
Coordinating fleet bookings and vehicle maintenance
Managing office maintenance and liaising with service providers
Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and phone inquiries
Assisting with financial administration, including invoice processing and expense tracking
Coordinating staff travel and accommodation bookings

Skills and Experience Required:

Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and database management
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
