We are looking for dedicated Support Workers to join our growing team in the Latrobe Valley to support NDIS and My Aged Care participants in their homes and the community.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting daily life – assisting with personal care, cooking, and household tasks
- Empowering independence – transport support and helping participants engage with the community
- Encouraging well-being – promoting fitness, gentle exercise, and social activities
- Building skills – helping participants develop daily living skills and confidence
What You Need
- Experience and qualifications preferred, but passion and dedication matter most
- A driver’s license and reliable car with comprehensive insurance
- Mandatory clearances and certifications:
- Working With Children Check (WWC)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid Certificate
- Police Check
- NDIS Orientation Module
- Infection Prevention & Control Course
