About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and flexible Accounts Administration Assistant to provide essential support to a busy yet supportive team. This part-time role offers flexibility, with work required on any weekdays except Wednesday. We are open to short-term temporary placements over the next few months or a permanent part-time position for the right candidate.
This role is ideal for someone looking for 3–4 days per week, with the option of school-friendly hours. You’ll be joining a close-knit team, contributing to the company’s continued growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounts support, primarily focusing on Accounts Payable, with some Accounts Receivable tasks.
- Assisting with finance reporting and administrative support.
- Data entry and general accounts administration.
- Collaborating with the existing Accounts and Admin team to ensure smooth operations.
- Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience in accounts administration is essential.
- Proficiency with Xero accounting software is highly regarded.
- A flexible and adaptable attitude, suited to a dynamic private family business.
- Strong communication skills with a clear and professional approach.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
