✔ Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader in a service-driven environment (aged care, health, hospitality, or community sectors).
✔ A natural ability to inspire, engage, and develop teams, creating a culture where people can be their best.
✔ A strong commercial and financial acumen, paired with an unwavering passion for delivering exceptional quality care.
✔ Exceptional communication skills and a visible, hands-on leadership style.
✔ A deep understanding of quality frameworks, regulatory standards, and risk management.
