About the Role

  • Welcome members, guests and visitors with a warm, professional and polished approach
  • Manage check-in, check-out, bookings, enquiries and front desk administration
  • Handle payments and maintain accurate records in line with operational procedures
  • Promote resort facilities, services and local experiences to enhance the guest stay
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience
  • Support the smooth day-to-day operation of reception while maintaining presentation and service standards

 

 

About You

  • Experience in customer service, ideally in hospitality or accommodation
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Confident managing multiple tasks in a busy environment
  • Strong attention to detail and administration skills
  • Flexible, reliable and a team player
  • Available to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends

 

Experience with a hotel or resort booking system such as OPERA will be highly regarded, as will qualifications in Hospitality, Tourism or a related field.

Flexibility is required due to the 7-day nature of resort operations, including weekends and occasional unscheduled or on-call duties.
