West Gippsland Healthcare Group are now accepting applications for our 2027 Graduate Nurse and Midwifery Program, Acute Nursing Stream.
Our program is based at the West Gippsland Hospital (Warragal) where we offer interesting, challenging and well-supported Graduate Programs in Registered Nursing and Midwifery.
The Acute Nursing stream includes 2 rotations in areas such as the Emergency Department, Medical unit, Surgical unit and Day surgery Unit.
The Perioperative Stream offers a theatre-based graduate year rotating through Scrub/scout, recovery and anesthetics.

Please note that to be considered for the Perioperative stream, applicants must have completed a student placement in the perioperative setting during either their second or third year, or demonstrate relevant exposure.
