Reporting to the Deputy Director of Clinical Operations, this secondment role will deliver a comprehensive cost analysis and options assessment to determine sustainable pathways for compliance within the Central Sterilising Services Department (CSSD). The role is project-focused and will develop a robust business case to support executive decision‑making—without delivery of capital works.

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders
  • Effective stakeholder engagement across multidisciplinary teams
  • High attention to detail and documentation accuracy

Personal Attributes

  • Proactive, organised, and outcomes-focused
  • Professional, adaptable, and resilient under pressure
  • Able to work both independently and within multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong commitment to accountability, collaboration, and quality outcomes

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a high-impact compliance project that will shape future service delivery and safety standards across WGHG.
