About the role
Reconnect is a community based early intervention program for young people aged 12 to 18 years and their families.
The program uses family focused early intervention strategies to help a young person stabilise their living situation, achieve family reconciliation, and improve their level of engagement with education, training and the community.
Skills & Experience
A qualification in the field of Social Sciences (Youth), Family Work or other relevant discipline (or currently working towards) and demonstrated experience working with young people is required.
