What would be your duties and responsibilities?


  • Main tasks:

    - Maintain regular, close contact with current & prospective clients.
    - Maintain Agentbox CRM database accurately.
    - Keep PropertyMe database up to date - add prospective rental providers.
    - Conduct all new business rental appraisals including preparing pre & post appraisal pack.
    - Provide follow up to all appraisals within 24 hours of conducting and then on a weekly basis.
    - Prepare and deliver (post, email, letterbox drop) to investors in the area and any owners with vacant property.
    - Conduct database calls on a weekly basis.
    - Meet with sales people individually to obtain referrals and/or additions to prospective rental provider database.
    - Prepare rental appraisal letters for all properties on sales stock list.
    - Attend weekly sales team meeting and be familiar with all sales listings.
    - Provide recommendations to new rental providers regarding any required maintenance or presentation, prior to finalising any prospective.
    - Advertise vacant properties & check property advertising for accuracy.
    - Attend mid-week open for inspections as required.
    - Compile and check all application forms for new business properties then pass to assigned PM for approval to present to rental provider.
    The above list is not exhaustive and the role may change or adapt to meet the overall objectives of the company.

  • Other duties:
    - Attend all training sessions as directed by management.
    - Apply & follow all procedures required of this role.
    - Fully participate in the creation of new procedures or in any review of existing procedures.
    - Report results as required by Director (Weekly KPI Report).
    - Attend weekly department meetings.
    - Attend all one on one meetings.
    - Utilise business CRM/software to best practice standards.
    - Fulfil other duties as required by management.

Key person requirements


  • Agents Representative / Certificate IV Real Estate
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Exceptional computer skills (Microsoft Office programs including proficiency in Excel, and PowerPoint) and accurate word processing.
  • Ability to deal effectively with people at all levels.
  • Flexibility – ability to manage effectively competing demands and prioritise tasks.
  • Attention to detail and high level or accuracy.
  • Very effective organisational skills.
  • Effective written communication skills.

Experience

  • A Minimum of two years' experience as a Property Manager / Assistant Property Manager or comparable industry experience.
