The Role

In this role you will be responsible for helping to maintain the lawns and gardens of our clients. The ideal candidate possesses an exceptional eye for detail, deep botanical knowledge, and the leadership capacity to drive and manage a team.

This is including but not limited to:

• Plant identification, care and use in the landscape

• Weed identification and control

• Pest and disease control

• Safe use of motorized equipment

• Hedge Trimming

• Mowing and edging skills

• Tree pruning skills

• Client Relationship Management: deliver exceptional customer service through professional clear and proactive communication with property owners

• Able to maintain a safe work environment

We are looking for candidates with a can-do attitude who are enthusiastic, passionate and motivated to work outdoors in most weather conditions.

Skills & Experience

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

• Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in residential gardening

• A qualification in Horticulture or Parks and Garden is essential

• Soft Skills: strong work ethic, absolute reliability, an active listener, with excellent communication and time management skills.

• Good computer skills (ability to utilise our online job management system)

• A current driver’s license and current police check are mandatory requirements for this position.
