Bass Coast Backyards is a growing garden and grounds maintenance company servicing Phillip Island and the Bass Coast.
We are looking for a reliable, hard-working person to join our team full-time, with year-round work available.
The role offers a mix of work across residential gardens, commercial properties, aged care, health facilities, retirement villages and some of the area’s more interesting properties, including The Block TV show site.
The work is varied and includes:
Lawn and ride-on mowing
Whipper snipping and edging
Hedge trimming and pruning
Weed control
General garden and grounds maintenance
Working with professional commercial equipment
Garden and street tree planting
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works efficiently and reliably, and wants to build their skills in a professional garden maintenance business.
Previous gardening, landscaping or grounds maintenance experience is preferred, but we are also interested in people with the right attitude who are willing to learn.
For the right person, there is opportunity to take on more responsibility as the business continues to grow.

Gardening, landscaping or horticulture experience is an advantage
Horticulture qualification, chemical spraying experience or ride-on mower experience is an advantage
