Latrobe Regional Health is looking for Registered Nurse to join our growing team on a Part Time 0.6 FTE, Fixed term basis.
We are seeking adaptable and patient-focused Registered Nurses to join our Clinical Resource Pool. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to work across a variety of inpatient settings, including acute medical, surgical, and sub-acute rehabilitation services, supporting patient care where it is needed most. As a valued member of the multidisciplinary team, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care while enjoying diverse clinical experiences, ongoing professional development, and the flexibility that comes with working across multiple specialties.

The role of the Registered Nurse in The Clinical Resource Team is to:
- Deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centred nursing care, including comprehensive assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient outcomes.
- Work across a variety of inpatient clinical areas, adapting quickly to different specialties, patient needs, and operational requirements.
- Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in patient conditions, escalating concerns and managing clinical risks in accordance with organisational protocols.
- Administer medications and treatments safely while maintaining accurate and timely electronic clinical documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, patients, families, and carers to ensure coordinated, compassionate, and evidence-based care.
- Contribute to quality improvement, patient safety, and continuous professional development while supporting workforce flexibility across the organisation.
About you
Ideal candidates for this role will have:
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration and a minimum of 12 months recent acute nursing experience following completion of a graduate program.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to confidently work across a range of clinical environments and patient acuity levels.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills with a commitment to evidence-based practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to multidisciplinary teamwork.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise competing demands in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Committed to delivering exceptional patient-centred care, continuous learning, and upholding the values of Integrity, Excellence, Working Together, Respect, and Person-Centred Care.
