Golden Shine Eco Cleans is growing, and we’re looking for a reliable, experienced cleaner to join our small team for the upcoming summer season.

🌿 About Golden Shine Eco Cleans

We’re a small, local cleaning business focused on quality, trust, eco-friendly cleaning and genuinely caring about the homes and people we work with.

Our clients aren't just numbers on a roster. We value the relationships we build with them and expect the same level of care from our team.

We're looking for someone who wants to become part of the business long term, with the potential for consistent 5-day work through the quieter winter months for the right person.

🧹 The role

Summer: 2–3 days per week
Winter: Opportunity to increase to 5 days per week for the right person
Location: Phillip Island to San Remo
Hours: Flexible depending on bookings & client needs.

Your work will include a mix of:

• Holiday home turnovers – cleaning properties to a high, guest-ready standard, linen changing, bed making, cleaning, restocking amenities etc.

• Ensuring holiday homes are beautifully presented for arriving guests

• Detailed residential cleaning for our regular clients

• Building genuine rapport with our ongoing residential clients

• Working with our eco-friendly cleaning products & equipment efficiently

💛 Who we're looking for

We’d love to hear from someone who:

• Has cleaning experience or a genuine willingness to learn and embrace Golden Shine Eco Cleans’ high standards, systems, cleaning methods and eco-friendly approach

• Takes pride in their work and has a strong eye for detail

• Is reliable, trustworthy and punctual

• Has a friendly and professional manner with clients

• Can work independently while also being part of a small team

• Has a current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

• Is local to Phillip Island or the surrounding areas.

• Is available throughout the busy summer period, flexible with bookings & readiness to work.

- Previous professional cleaning experience is preferred but not essential. We’re happy to train the right person who has the right attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn.

✨ Full training will be provided, including our GSEC cleaning standards, products, equipment and processes.

- Experience in holiday-home cleaning is highly regarded, as these properties require a different level of attention, presentation and time management.
