What You’ll Do:
- Ensure safety standards are upheld, with team members trained and adhering to Zero Harm philosophies.
- Lead and motivate your team to achieve daily production targets and identify improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with supervisors to manage performance, deliver training, and create development opportunities for team members.
- Act as a role model, promoting integrity, teamwork, and our company values in every action you take.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience as a team leader in FMCG or manufacturing.
- Strong people management skills and a focus on safety and food quality.
- Problem-solving mindset and a knack for driving continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of GMP, workplace health and safety, and LEAN manufacturing concepts is a plus.
