Your new role
As Team Leader, you will oversee the development and delivery of our Kinship Case Contracting, Kinship First Supports and Foster Care Programs. You will provide leadership, supervision and support to a team of case managers and support workers and ensure services being delivered effectively respond to evolving consumer needs. While the position has an operational focus, you will also work closely with the Manager Care & Placement Services to contribute to the development of strategic program initiatives.

Your skills and experience
You will bring with you:
- A degree qualification in social work or psychology, or a tertiary qualification relevant to child and family welfare
- Extensive experience within the child, youth and family welfare sector
- Demonstrated experience in leading and developing a team within a complex service delivery environment
- Sound understanding of regulations and legislation relevant to child protection and the out of home care services
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to form effective working relationships and foster a positive team culture
