About This Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Production Operator to join our team in a full-time permanent role. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact within a leading organisation.
About You
We are looking for a team-oriented and highly skilled operator who is:
- Self-motivated and able to work shift work and overtime as required
- Strongly focused on safety and quality
- Experienced in operating evaporators and dryers in the food industry (preferred)
- Skilled in fault finding and troubleshooting
- An effective communicator with a solid understanding of GMP and HACCP principles
- Competent in numeracy and literacy
- Experienced in SAP systems (highly regarded)
You are a dedicated and flexible individual who can adapt to various rosters. You show strong attention to detail and have the ability to build positive relationships across the business.
