Gippsland Screens & Glass, is looking for an EXPERIENCED candidate to join our dynamic team. Whether you’re a mature-aged glazier seeking lighter duties or an experienced glazier ready to broaden your impact, this could be the perfect fit!

What You’ll Do:
Responsibilities may include:
- Workshop Mastery: Managing daily tasks like glass cutting, Manufacturing Shower Screens and keeping the workshop spotless and organised.
- Onsite Ace: Onsite you will install Shower Screens, Mirrors, Glass Hack outs and so much more. No 2 Days are the same!
- Not All Glass: We will also train the right person to measure and install Security Doors and Fly Screens (This is even lighter work!)
- Customer Focus: We are all about providing top-notch service to residential and commercial Clients.
What We’re Looking For:
You need to live in West Gippsland.
An experienced glazier who is comfortable in a glazing workshop and onsite.
Experience: Proven experience in glass cutting, handling, and installation of glass —Prior Glazing Experience Is Essential.
- Team Fit: A positive, happy worker who’s innovative and respectful to our team.
- Skills: Mechanical know-how, initiative, problem-solving abilities, and a sharp eye for detail.
- Drive: A proactive attitude with a passion for improving processes and efficiency.
- Essentials: Valid driver’s license, eligibility to work in Australia, and a commitment to safety.
- Bonus Points: Previous experience in installing Security Doors. (Not Required)
