The position:
The role will provide Occupational Therapy for clients that promotes, maintains and assists recovery and independence in all aspects of daily living — at home, work, and in the community. This role will have a primary focus on providing services to inpatient consumers of Bairnsdale Regional Health Service in acute, rehabilitation, and Geriatric Evaluation Management (GEM) settings.

Minimum criteria:
- A tertiary degree in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration
- Experience or a genuine interest in working in one or more of the areas of acute inpatients, inpatient rehabilitation/GEM, or community/outpatient rehabilitation
- Ability to provide patient-centred care and goal-focused interventions in Occupational Therapy
- Ability to participate as an effective and collaborative member of a multi-disciplinary team in the delivery of patient care, contributing to care coordination and discharge planning
