- Fixed Term, Part-Time (until March 2026) role located in Traralgon
- You will be working
Roster Line 9.PNG roster line (46.5 hours per fortnight) + 12 hours a fortnight as Team Leader
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring effective communication across the care team, clients, and family members.
- Assisting the Coordinator with administrative tasks, including staff rostering, using the client management system, processing invoices, and preparing reports.
- Guiding and mentoring new and existing DSW team members with their duties through training and constructive feedback.

We act bravely
The successful candidate will have:
- Extensive experience in complex behavior management and complex health including managing medical appointment and support in hospital
- Strong administrative experience including rostering
- Strong communication skills; both verbal and written
In addition, you must have or be willing to obtain:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee)
- Current Level 1 First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years
