Join our supportive team at Shady Creek Farm Retreat, where we provide high-quality support to NDIS participants in both Supported Independent Living (SIL) and community settings.
About the Role
This is a casual position with flexible shifts ranging from 2 to 8 hours, available across the following days:
- Monday to Friday – Morning, Afternoon, Evening
- Saturday – Morning
You’ll work closely with individuals living in SIL homes and in the broader community, providing support that fosters independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily living tasks and personal care
- Promote life skills and independence
- Provide behavioural support, particularly for clients with a history of addiction or mental health challenges
- Support community access and transport
What We’re Looking For
2–3 years of experience in disability support or a related role
- Experience working with clients affected by drug and alcohol addiction is highly regarded
- Must have (or be willing to obtain):
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- National Police Check
- Working with Children Check
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Valid working rights in Australia
- Available for an immediate start
