We’re excited to offer a newly created Part-Time role (with potential to progress to Full-Time) at our Traralgon bakery for a Retail Assistant Manager.

About the Role

As a Retail Assistant Manager, you’ll support both the Retail and Production Managers with day-to-day operations. This role is perfect for someone who is:

Experienced in retail and eager to take the next step in their career.
Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
A natural leader who motivates their team and sets high standards.
Hands-on, positive, and thrives in a busy, customer-focused environment.

The position involves a mix of weekday and weekend shifts, with some after-hours contact when needed.
