The Role:
As Bar & Gaming Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations of our bar and gaming areas, ensuring high-quality service, compliance with all gaming regulations, and a positive, professional environment for both staff and guests. You will be responsible for managing a team, monitoring performance, and contributing to the growth and efficiency of the venue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead bar and gaming staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Ensure compliance with all gaming and liquor licensing regulations.
- Monitor daily operations, including cash handling, stock management, and venue presentation.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, customer satisfaction, and team performance.
- Conduct regular staff meetings, training, and coaching sessions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Collaborate with venue management on events, promotions, and operational improvements.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in bar and gaming management, preferably in a hospitality environment.
