About the role
You will provide advice and assistance to staff, Institutes, and current students regarding managing their enrolment and progress throughout the student life cycle. This includes course structures and progression advice, leave of studies, withdrawals, special considerations, credit, results and other related issues.
You will:
- respond proactively and assist in resolving student matters;
- review and update student plans each semester, in line with progression requirements;
- support the Student Administration leadership team organising and delivering events; and
- participate in regular training sessions and cross-campus knowledge sharing within the Student Administration team.
About you
You will have the ability to interact and establish working relationships with a diverse range of staff and students, maintaining strict confidentiality. You will have demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to provide student advice, research, analyse, interpret and evaluate information.
You will possess:
- the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and achieve goals;
- a commitment to deliver quality customer service; and
- ability to maintain efficient and effective record keeping and filing systems.
