About the role
The Intake and Administration Team Leader provides support and coordination of administrative functions across the Support, Therapy, Education and Prevention (STEP) Unit. This role ensures efficient, high-quality administrative support that enables smooth daily operations and excellent service delivery for clients, staff, and external stakeholders.
The Intake and Administration Team Leader leads the Service Access administrative function and provides supervision and guidance to the Administration officers who support the paediatric and allied health teams , ensuring a consistent and professional approach to service access, appointment coordination, client communication, funding compliance and administrative systems.
This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day workflows, managing priorities, and developing and maintaining efficient administrative systems and procedures. The Intake and Administration Team Leader also contributes to continuous quality improvement and supports organisational compliance across all relevant program areas.
