We are looking for someone who is eager to join our dynamic team: as a venue allrounder working across the bistro and bar/gaming/cafe teams and who is keen to contribute to the exceptional service we offer.
About the role:
- Customer facing role across bistro, bar and cafe
- Working closely with managers and staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Maintaining a clean and organised workplace
About you:
- Ability to work well under pressure and to be able to multitask.
- Strong customer service skills & the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible availability
- Honesty and reliability.
- RSA and RSG certifications (or willingness to obtain quickly)
- Willingness to learn and adapt
