Harman Wines is a popular, award-winning winery and cellar door located in the picturesque Wattle Bank. We are famous for our exceptional wine, delicious food, and relaxed atmosphere.
We are looking for a Pizza Cook/Chef to join our team. Whether you are an experienced chef or a passionate cook ready to step up, if you have a great attitude and love the weekend hustle, we want to hear from you.
We are specifically looking for a local match who wants to work close to home!
About the Role
- The Food: Prepare and cook high-quality pizzas (dough prep is key!) and ensure every dish leaving the pass looks and tastes amazing.
- The Team: Work closely with our Head Chef, provide backup when the kitchen gets pumping, and help mentor junior staff.
- The Standard: Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and assist with stock levels.
What You Bring
- Local Availability: You are available Fridays, Saturdays (Day/Night), and Sundays (Day). Additional hours available during Summer/Functions.
- Attitude: You are a team player with excellent communication skills who stays calm under pressure.
- Experience: Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment is great, but specific pizza cooking experience is not required.
- Willingness to Learn: If you have the passion, we are happy to train the right person in the art of wood-fired pizza!
