We are looking for an experienced and motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to join the team at Esplanade Hotel Inverloch. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys leading from the front and thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
About the Role
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring exceptional service across the venue.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service across bar, bistro and gaming areas
- Supervise and support staff during service
- Open and close shifts, including cash handling and reconciliation
- Assist with training and mentoring team members
- Ensure compliance with RSA, gaming and venue procedures
About You
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced, team centric environment
- Available to work nights and weekends is essential
Preferred Qualifications
- Current RSA certificate
- Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG)
- TAB experience highly regarded
