Position: Case Worker
Classification: SCHADS Level 4
Location: Rockhampton
Status: Permanent Part‑Time (22.8 hours per week)
We’re looking for a compassionate, values‑driven Case Worker who believes in the power of dignity, connection, and strengths.
Using a trauma‑informed, client‑centred approach, you’ll walk alongside people as they rebuild confidence, enhance wellbeing, and strengthen their sense of belonging. If you’re passionate about social justice and supporting meaningful, self‑directed change, this role is for you.
About the Role
Reporting to the Doorways Regional Manager, you’ll support community members seeking material aid or more specialised case work support. You’ll work collaboratively with people to explore the deeper issues contributing to their situation, helping them build capacity, resilience, and self‑directed change.
The primary aim of this role is to empower clients—working alongside them in a strengths‑based, collaborative way so they can identify their own goals and take meaningful steps forward.
