We're looking for a driven and dynamic Store Manager to lead our Traralgon store! If you've got the drive, leadership skills, and a passion for shaping shopping experiences that bring our community together, this could be the role for you.

What you'll be doing:

• Delivering customer service that's second to none.
• Driving sales and profitability to exceed store targets.
• Coaching, training, and developing your Best team.
• Showcasing your creativity through strong VM and store presentation.
• Managing stock levels, shrinkage, and day-to-day operations.

About you:

• 3+ years management experience in high-volume retail.
• A strong commercial mindset with proven results in sales and cost management.
• A people leader who motivates and develops diverse teams.
• A passion for delivering best-in-class customer service and store standards.
• A creative eye for merchandising and innovative retail strategies.
