Role Overview

As a Store Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of your store - leading a team of passionate individuals, creating meaningful connections with customers, and delivering sales results that make an impact. This is a hands-on, sales focused leadership role where your influence shapes everything from team culture to customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and inspire your team to create warm, welcoming, and meaningful customer experiences
• Drive performance across the customer experience, store sales, and store presentation
• Create a team culture grounded in trust, fun, and our values
• Lead day-to-day operations including rostering, stock management and visual merchandising
• Coach, develop, and grow your team through clear communication and meaningful feedback
• Bring our brand, products and values to life in-store - every day

About You

• A confident and values-led leader with proven experience in retail management
• You are a results driven retailer who loves connecting with customers, exceeding sales targets, and delivering stand out in store experiences 
• Committed to creating a high-performing, high-trust team environment
• Motivated by meaningful connection and customer experience - not just transactions
• Calm, focused and ready to solve challenges with clarity and care
