About the Role:
We're looking for a practical and proactive part time Maintenance Officer to ensure our care community remains a safe, functional, and beautiful home for our residents at Inverloch Coast Care Community.

What You'll Do:
✔ Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and minor projects across our care community and gardens.
✔ Ensure our home meets all safety and compliance standards, including WHS regulations.
✔ Respond promptly to maintenance requests, minimising disruption for our residents.
✔ Manage maintenance supplies and equipment within budget.
✔ Work as a key part of our team to create a safe and welcoming environment.
What You'll Need:
✔ Experience in a maintenance, handyman, or groundskeeping role (aged care experience a plus).
✔ A practical, can-do attitude and excellent problem-solving skills.
✔ Strong knowledge of WHS practices and a commitment to safety.
✔ Good communication skills and a friendly, professional manner.
✔ Reliability and a strong work ethic.
✔ A trade qualification or ‘Test and Tag’ certification is highly regarded.
