Nurses and Midwives Agreement (ZF4) or Health and Allied Services Agreement (HS4), classification is dependant on skills and experience

We are looking for an experienced Quality Partner to work alongside our aged care teams, supporting safe, compliant, and compassionate care delivery. In this role, you’ll move beyond audits and policies, helping teams translate standards into practice and driving improvement where it matters most.
Reporting to the Quality and Safety Manager – Aged Care, you will work within a motivated and dedicated team that provides support to the organisation over a wide range of quality improvement, patient safety and risk management services.
This position is up to 40 hours per week (1 ADO per month), to be worked from Monday-Friday, exact hours will be negotiated with the successful applicant and multiple part time employees may be considered.
