We specialize in high-quality livestock and property marketing, using local knowledge and targeted strategies to reach the right buyers. We also provide professional property management focused on protecting and enhancing the value of your investment. We’re big believers in supporting local clubs and those who support us.

Want to join our team? We’re looking for a motivated all‑rounder. Or a person with any of the above experience! If you have experience in real estate, accounts, property management or conveyancing and you enjoy variety in your role, we’d like to hear from you.

About the role Full‑time or part‑time roles available – we can tailor the position around the right person/with experience Duties may include:

  • Assisting with residential and rural real estate sales and leasing

  • Property management support – inspections, tenant/owner liaison, documentation

  • Conveyancing support/liaison (if experienced)

  • Trust accounting, general accounts, and office administration (invoicing, receipting, reconciliations)

  • Preparing documents, databases, and reports using common computer programs

  • Assisting with marketing (social media, online listings, signage, print material – an added bonus if you enjoy this)

  • Supporting our agents in day‑to‑day operations and client service

  • General office and reception duties as required

About you We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in real estate and/or accounts and/or property management or conveyancing experience.

  • Holds a current Agents Representative Certificate (preferred) or is willing to obtain

  • Has trust accounting experience (ideal, but not essential for the right person)

  • Has sound computer skills and is comfortable learning new systems

  • Marketing skills/interest will be highly regarded

  • Is a genuine team player with a positive “give anything a go” attitude

  • Has strong attention to detail and is super organized

  • Can problem‑solve and work well under pressure

  • Is client‑focused and takes pride in providing exceptional service
