Spare Parts Interpreter

Gendore Tractors & Machinery is a well-established name in agricultural equipment across Gippsland, and we're looking for an experienced Spare Parts Interpreter to join our team at our Leongatha branch.

If you know your way around agricultural spare parts and enjoy solving problems for customers who rely on their machinery, this is a great opportunity to build a stable, long-term role with a supportive local business.

About the role

Reporting to the parts team, you'll be the go-to person for getting the right part into the right hands. Day to day, you'll be:

• Interpreting and supplying agricultural spare parts accurately and efficiently

• Delivering high-quality service to customers at the counter and over the phone

• Managing parts enquiries, orders, and stock control

• Maintaining accurate records and supporting the smooth running of day-to-day parts operations

About you

• Hands-on experience with parts systems and catalogues

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Well organised, reliable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

• Mechanical or machinery knowledge highly regarded

• An LF forklift licence is an advantage (or willingness to obtain one)
