An exciting opportunity exists for a proactive individual to join our legal practice as an Internal IT Developer. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for further developing and implementing coding solutions—to streamline internal workflows and drive efficiency across our operations. Working closely with a partner with extensive development and innovation experience, you will contribute to automation initiatives and the adoption of new technologies designed to support fee earners and modernise our practice.
This full-time fixed term role has an initial period of 12 months, with the potential for ongoing employment.
Your Experience:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A background in coding, with proficiency in at least one programming language (Python preferred).
- Experience or a strong interest in applying technical solutions within a practical, office-based environment.
- A willingness to learn and adapt as new technologies emerge.
Whilst formal qualifications are preferred, the role may suit those with industry or other experience in development.

- Develop, test, and implement practical coding applications that enhance internal processes.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Translate technical requirements into effective solutions that support fee earner success.
